After more than a decade off the big screen, Puss in Boots was making his grand return, but reintroducing him in 2022 meant speaking to two very different audiences: loyal Shrek fans and a whole new generation who’d never met this swashbuckling feline. The task was clear: turn this legendary cat into an internet icon that no one could scroll past. While we only played a small role in this campaign, two of our pieces swaggered Puss back into social conversation, and won us a silver Clio (framebrekaer) and Shorty award nod (pope meme) along the way.
